Can Tailgate Guys (TG) setup my own tailgate equipment and store it for us each game?

No, In order to provide the customer the best service, TG owns and maintains all equipment set up on game day.

Can TG set up a tailgate package at another location outside of the Green?

No, we will keep all clients on the Green in order to provide you the best possible service.

When will it be possible for my party to occupy our location on game day?

Tailgate Guys will have your tailgate package ready at 8:00 A.M. on Game day. TG allow up to 3 hours of use after completion of the game.

Can I display banners or signage recognizing a business, political candidate or any other form of solicitation?

Banners and signage recognizing businesses, political candidate or any other form of solicitation may not be displayed nor may promotional materials be distributed without prior approval by Auburn University.

I noticed that Tiger Dining is TG’s preferred catering vendor, can I select an outside vendor to cater my tailgate event?

Yes, if any party wishes to receive catering from a vendor not preferred by TG, that party is responsible for transporting all goods to their tailgate site.

Can I choose a specific location on the Green for my tailgate package?

Yes, We will do everything possible to locate your party at your most desirable location.

Can I customize my tailgate package by adding extra tailgating equipment?

Yes, tables, chairs and coolers may be added to your package. Please make your request in advance to enable TG to accommodate your needs.

Can I bring my own additional tailgate equipment? (i.e: cookers, grills, televisions, satellites, generators, etc).

Yes, these items are permitted on the green but may not exceed the allocated space for each reserved tailgate area. Please refer to the site map to see allocated space.

Will our party be required to clean our tailgate area before leaving the site?

No, for your convenience, TG provides cleanup services following each game. Auburn University will locate trash and recycle bins as conveniently as possible to all tailgate locations on the Green.

Will TG remain operational if it is raining on game day?

Yes, if they play we stay. If severe weather conditions were to set in and TG is forced to cancel, all packages will receive a credit equal to half of the package balance paid towards a future game.

Will it be possible for my party to have a live band at our tailgate site?

Special permits are required for outdoor entertainment events with amplified sound. Permit requests must be submitted 14 days in advance and must include a list of required information for the request to be approved. These permits are handled online at www.auburn.edu/tents.
